Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description:

The Post Graduate Program in Applied Marketing is a 1-year on-campus business specialist program designed to equip students with industry-relevant skills in today's digital age. This program aims to transformative learning experience for students by providing them with real-world exposure and expertise in applied marketing.

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire program, from designing the curriculum to managing day-to-day operations. They will work closely with industry leaders and mentors to ensure that the program aligns with industry standards and meets the needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Design: Collaborate with industry experts to design a comprehensive curriculum that covers all aspects of applied marketing.
  • Team Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless student experience and efficient program delivery.
  • Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring delightful student experience and timely completion of tasks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor performance metrics to ensure quality progress of students.
  • Event Organization: Organize events and initiatives at campus to enhance student involvement and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA Degree: Hold an MBA degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business administration.
  • Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience managing internal/external stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, employees, faculty, mentors, and external partners.
  • Program Management Experience: Have prior experience in program management, preferably in a higher education setting.
