The Senior General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing business operations of approximately $50 million annually.

Key areas required include expertise in handling premium/Luxury USA, UK & European brands, as well as strong knowledge of sourcing fabrics, trims, accessories, costing, etc.

A deep understanding of product development, costing, and the complete Supply Chain is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Fashion, textiles, or related fields from reputable institutions, with formal education preferred.

Overseas work experience is an added advantage, and the ability to travel extensively to meet buyers, make presentations, and attend international trade shows is required.

Reporting to the CEO, the Senior General Manager must be a Strong leader and a team player, with experience in Apparel/Clothing/Garment manufacturing Companies a prerequisite for this position.
