Business Growth Manager Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts in India and expand into international markets, specifically the US and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting, and building relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients across India and the US or EMEA regions.
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market presence.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, founders, decision-makers, and IT leaders to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Expand existing client base through strategic cross-selling and up-selling of services.
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and regional business dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-10 years of experience in IT services sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth in India and at least one international market (US or EMEA).
  • Strong understanding of services such as Cloud, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Established professional network with decision-makers in India and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
