Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Development Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Development Manager to lead the execution of civil and interior works projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and strict adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and supervisors in managing all aspects of civil, interior, and MEP works
  • Oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure compliance with design drawings, documents, and brand standards
  • Inspect and report on work progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact project timelines or budgets
  • Monitor and manage site materials and labor resources to optimize productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 14-17 years of experience as a Project Manager in the infrastructure development sector
  • Strong knowledge of AUTOCAD and MS PROJECT software applications
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams
