Job Summary

The Customer Support Engineer plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various support channels.

This technical position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commerce platform concepts and procedures, including Order to Cash operations and general billing systems processes.

Additionally, they should possess a basic understanding of the Azure Platform architecture and be able to develop their knowledge through exploratory learning.

This role involves providing business-critical support to customers worldwide, utilizing various support offerings to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers to ensure timely resolution of their queries
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest commerce platform features and updates
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
