TECHNICAL SUPPORT LEAD

Startologic Technologies is seeking a proactive, technically skilled, and client-focused Technical Support Lead to join our team of excellence. This role requires a strong foundation in networking, remote troubleshooting, and cross-platform OS support, along with a "can-do" attitude for handling complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support Excellence: Deliver exceptional technical support to clients by addressing and resolving issues related to integrated physical security solutions.
• Remote Troubleshooting: Utilize remote-control software (e.g., Any Desk, TeamViewer) to quickly diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring seamless client experience.
• Networking Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of TCP/IP and networking to troubleshoot and resolve network-related challenges effectively.
• Cross-Platform Support: Provide comprehensive support for diverse operating systems, including Windows and Ubuntu, adapting to client needs with confidence

· Documentation and Reporting: Track, document, and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly, contributing to a knowledge base for high-quality and consistent support.

Progressive Challenges: Take on increasingly challenging technical assignments, displaying a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in electronic & Telecom, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of TCP/IP and networking, familiarity with remote-control software (e.g., Any desk, TeamViewer), and experience across multiple operating systems (Windows, Ubuntu).
• Experience: Previous experience in technical support or related fields is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (preferred).
