Technical Support Professional

As a seasoned professional in application support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software systems. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve technical issues and provide timely support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system alerts and proactively take measures to prevent potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document troubleshooting guides and FAQs for future reference.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of DevOps principles and tools such as Azure DevOps and GIT.
Requirements:- At least 15 years of experience in .NET Core, with a strong background in C# and SQL DB skills.
- Sound knowledge of Excel and data processing/analysis using excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in DevOps: Azure DevOps.
- Source Control: GIT.
A good understanding of Angular and experience in the Capital Market domain would be highly desirable but not essential.
