Partnerships and CSR Specialist

Your role will cut across corporates, athletes, sports teams, and sports enthusiasts with a key focus on sustaining and establishing new revenue-generating partnerships for the organization.

Job Description:

Manage the end-to-end CSR life-cycle with select key accounts, including reporting, compliances, social media, and renewals. Actively engage with new corporate funders – making pitches and getting them on board. Create customized proposals in sync with the partnership structure and available opportunities, in close coordination with program teams, finance team, and technical director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Single point of contact for all inbound queries for external teams & athletes that wish to come down to the training facility for camps, sports science testing, and injury rehab and recovery interventions.
  • Conceptualize and implement initiatives, including creating pricing and proposal, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring timely billing and payment collections.
  • Work in close coordination with every department within the organization to ensure all events at the facility are executed seamlessly.
  • Drive the implementation of the patrons club, including cold-outreach to potential members, nurturing relationships, and eventually converting them into donors.
  • Organize boot camps for individuals/groups of individuals at the facility with an aim to convert them into donors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-haves: Collaborative and ability to work with teams across functions; adaptability, and a quick learner with a strategic mindset; keen interest in sports; excellent interpersonal skills.
