We are seeking a skilled Insurance Training Professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in training sales teams and identifying areas for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Determine training requirements through stakeholder meetings and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement customized training programs for the sales team based on identified needs.
  • Closely monitor employee attendance and progress, setting goals and performance indicators as necessary.
  • Evaluate various training methods and strategies to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with employees' supervisors to ensure effective implementation of training plans.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
