We are seeking an Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective training programs.
- Deliver high-quality, system-specific training sessions for internal employees and external clients.
- Design and create learning content, including training decks, SOPs, scripts, assessments, and eLearning materials.
- Master new systems, build structured training documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a comparable role, preferably in the payroll/timekeeping/HR technology domain.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs that align with industry standards and achieve learning objectives.
