Training Manager Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our advisors.

  • Develop and implement effective training strategies to meet business objectives
  • Design and deliver high-quality training content that engages and motivates our advisors
  • Evaluate and improve training programs to ensure maximum impact and return on investment

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and 3-4 years in conducting sales training
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance products and processes
