About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Training Operations to oversee and coordinate all training programs for our aviation training division. The role requires excellent organizational skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage training schedules, instructors, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all training administration for the Approved Training Organization (ATO)
Manage scheduling and execution of wet training programs
Oversee instructor hiring and onboarding
Liaise with regulatory authorities for authorization issuance/renewals
Collaborate with sales on training intake planning
Coordinate with finance for payment resolutions
Maintain training records for staff and students
Ensure compliance with DGCA requirements
Prepare and manage training documentation
Conduct briefings, debriefings, and act as invigilator during exams
Plan initial & recurrent ground training for instructors
Monitor regulatory changes (DGCA CARs) to ensure compliance
What We're Looking For:
Graduate degree (mandatory)
Prior experience as a training administrator/manager in an ATO or airline preferred
Strong knowledge of aviation training processes & DGCA regulations
Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills
