Job Description

Program Leadership

  • Develop impactful training modules on our devices for students and staff.
  • Deliver hands-on demos, certification programs, and train-the-trainer initiatives.
  • Create high-quality digital content for online learning platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with healthcare institutes, skill councils, and regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to drive program success.
  • Maintain high standards of learning delivery.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date program documentation, feedback mechanisms, and reports.
  • Continuously improve and expand the program through quality assurance and data-driven decision making.

Requirements & Skills

  • Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Clinical Pathology, or Biochemistry (PhD preferred).
  • 4-5 years experience in diagnostics, clinical training, or healthcare skilling; minimum 2-3 years teaching experience in healthcare institutes.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, fluency in English, strong organizational and coordination abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of digital training tools.
