We are looking for a senior training professional to lead the design and execution of comprehensive training programs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training operations, process coaching, or quality management, with significant leadership experience in the HCC industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Lead the creation, planning, and delivery of high-quality training programs that meet business objectives.
  • Methodology Improvement: Oversee and refine training methodologies to enhance learning efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting performance excellence within the training function.
  • Culture and Quality: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that all training programs align with organizational goals and quality standards.
  • Innovation and Adoption: Stay ahead of trends in learning and development, introducing innovative approaches to improve engagement, retention, and skills application.
Key Competencies:
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to align training initiatives with company strategy and execute high-level goals through actionable plans.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Expertise in developing senior team members to enhance leadership capabilities within the training function.
  • Change Management: Proven experience managing change and driving transformation within training programs, processes, and teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical and reporting skills, leveraging data to drive improvements and measure training effectiveness.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably from a Life Science background)

Experience: 15+ years of experience in Medical Coding, with at least 5 years of experience in HCC Specialty and substantial team management experience
