You've worked in labs, led training programs, and can inspire students, mentors, and institutions alike.What You'll Do Program LeadershipDesign and lead impactful training modules on Mobilab's devices for MLT/DMLT students and nursing staffConduct engaging sessions, hands-on demos, and certification programsHost train-the-trainer initiatives and build content for digital learningStakeholder EngagementCollaborate with healthcare institutes, skill councils, and regulatory bodiesCoordinate with internal product, clinical, and deployment teamsEnsure high standards of learning delivery and monitor student outcomesOperational ExcellenceMaintain program documentation, feedback mechanisms, and reportsDrive program growth through quality assurance and continuous improvementQualifications & Skills Education: M.Sc. in MLT / Clinical Pathology / Biochemistry (PhD preferred)Experience: 4–5 years in diagnostics, clinical training, or healthcare skilling. Minimum 2–3 years teaching experience in healthcare institutes. Prior exposure to medical device training or government skilling programs a plusSkills:Excellent communication and public speakingFluent in EnglishStrong organizational and coordination abilitiesProficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital training tools is a bonusWhy Join Mobilab?
