We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from assigned clients and prospects, ensuring timely achievement of sales targets.
- LEAD SALES TEAMS: Foster a culture of excellence within the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations.
- PROFICIENCY IN SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a leadership role.
- CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering value-added solutions.
- SALES TEAM LEADERSHIP: Experience in leading high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and developing talent.
