Workforce Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Engagement Specialist to spearhead our employee engagement initiatives.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker to drive workforce morale and productivity by designing and executing innovative employee engagement programs.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive workforce engagement strategies to boost employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster a positive work environment through transparent communication, fair practices, and regular feedback surveys.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely and accurate performance assessments, goal setting, and appraisal processes.
  • Analyze performance data to inform learning and development planning, reducing attrition and improving workplace culture.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement and manage our Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies, promoting a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable insights to improve employee retention and job satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights from engagement and performance data.
