Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Workforce Solutions Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating business impact and customer satisfaction by developing and executing reporting dashboards and data sets to track defined KPIs and SLAs or support employee or vendor audiences using Power BI or similar tools.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Data Analysis:
  • Develop and execute reporting dashboards and data sets to track defined KPIs and SLAs or support employee or vendor audiences using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Ensure internal GWS processes are defined, streamlined, and documented, developing user guides, videos, or other training materials for external process steps.
  • Audit and Compliance:
  • Execute internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation, monthly access reviews, and bi-annual consultant validation.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual cost savings reporting and chargeback processes.
  • Provide monthly financial summaries and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset, ability to create and refine standard operating processes (SOPs) and user guides.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, understanding business needs for reporting.
