We are seeking a seasoned Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) expert to leverage their expertise in volume forecasting, advanced scheduling, and workload planning to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Dayforce for predictive analytics to forecast staffing needs based on historical and real-time data.
- Optimize advanced scheduling tools to align workforce supply with business demand, ensuring seamless execution of strategic plans.
- Design and implement workload planning strategies to optimize labor allocation across teams and locations, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver scalable WFM solutions that meet business objectives.
- Provide support for testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.
- Train end-users on best practices and ongoing usage of forecasting and scheduling tools, ensuring proficiency and adoption.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Dayforce WFM with focus on forecasting, scheduling, and workload planning, delivering tangible results and improvements.
