Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a strategic thinker to join our global team as a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist. This role is crucial in driving accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory, and seamless supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights to drive business growth.
- Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
- Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
- Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory, reducing costs and waste.
- Leverage ERP and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans that optimize supply chain performance.
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with global teams and time zones
