Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Management SpecialistRole Overview:

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management. As an intern, you will work closely with our team to support daily operations and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in reconciling warehouse and logistics invoices to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Update and maintain a monthly cost tracker to provide insights into financial performance.
  • Compile and analyze ageing and shelf-life reports for inventory monitoring, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate in preparing action plans for SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete) articles to optimize inventory levels.
  • Prepare and share weekly fill rate reports to track performance.
  • Review and track planning vs. actual performance, analyzing orders and DOI analysis.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, with knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP preferred.
  • Display detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks and projects.
  • Exhibit interest in supply chain, logistics, or operations management principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, commerce, or related fields.
