Job Summary:
  • This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards.

  • A strong candidate will have experience in MSP coordination within the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
  2. Oversee documentation and validation of client requirements.
  3. Implement quality assurance procedures and perform audits.
  4. Coordinate worker profile management, including assignments, extensions, and terminations.
  5. Support junior specialists during high-volume periods.
  6. Manage updates to work orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  7. Monitor progress and performance of the MSP program.
  8. Maintain open communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in MSP coordination within the staffing or workforce solutions industry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
