About the Role

This full-time on-site position is for a Strategic Workforce Manager, located in Malkapur (Near Jalgaon/Akola). The role involves overseeing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation, facilitating professional development and training programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
