We seek a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our recruitment strategies and partner with store leadership to identify staffing needs.
- Develop end-to-end recruitment plans tailored for skilled artisans, experienced showroom executives, gem specialists, and back-office personnel.
- Collaborate with store leaders to forecast staffing requirements in anticipation of festive seasons and wedding periods key retail peaks.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline that aligns with the brand's standards of integrity, hospitality, and tradition.
The successful candidate will design and facilitate training programs focused on product knowledge (e.g., antique jewellery, temple jewellery, hallmarking), customer interaction, and brand storytelling.
- Develop training curricula emphasizing product expertise, customer engagement, and brand narrative.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding programs that immerse new employees in the history, vision, and values of the organization.
- Establish a culture of continuous learning through workshops, peer mentoring, and periodic upskilling.
This role involves implementing performance appraisal systems that align employee goals with store-level revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and product expertise.
- Design performance management frameworks that link employee objectives to store-specific metrics.
- Ensure transparent and objective performance reviews, facilitating recognition and development opportunities.
- Support leadership in fostering high-performing retail teams.
As an Employee Engagement Champion, this individual will foster a familial work environment that reflects the organization's traditional roots and customer-first philosophy.

- Periodically review HR policies to maintain alignment with evolving workforce expectations and legal requirements.
Responsibilities include overseeing timely and accurate payroll disbursement and statutory contributions.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Design incentive programs for retail and sales staff during promotional periods.
- Benchmark compensation packages to maintain fairness and competitiveness.
This role involves managing HR records and reporting through digital or legacy systems as required.
- Oversee HR data management and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, training impact, and staffing efficiency.
- Present data-driven insights to leadership for informed HR strategy.
Required Attributes & Skills:
- Strong understanding of cultural, operational, and consumer nuances in South jewellery retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities with high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to balance traditional brand values with modern HR practices.
- Hands-on experience managing staff across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in HRMS, attendance systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Educational Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Certifications in HR strategy or employee engagement are advantageous.
