Job Title: Senior Construction Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects and excel in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 7 years of experience in interior design fit-out construction works, civil, MEP projects.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience with reputable contracting companies, specializing in civil, structural, interior fit-out, and MEP trades.
  • Proven experience in handling structural engineering, particularly the construction of warehouses, large structural metal skeleton/frame works, load calculations, etc.
  • Mandatory experience in interior fit-out of high-end residential and commercial projects.
  • Preferably, expertise in MEP systems and knowledge.
  • Excellent skills in interpreting shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications to guide on-site activities accurately.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills between design, project, production, and client teams.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing project schedules.
  • Hands-on experience in handling daily business paperwork, including submittals and IRs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
