Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and priorities within allocated budgets
  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts
  • Monitor progress and conduct review meetings to ensure alignment with set objectives
  • Establish baseline parameters and oversee resource allocation, quality assurance, and time management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during pre-construction phases
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams
  • Collaborate on site logistics and execution strategies
  • Administer end-to-end project delivery in accordance with forecasts and benchmarks
  • Develop procurement strategies, manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs, and site deliveries
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and execution
  • Conduct cost analysis, rate evaluations, and BOQ preparation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management and pre-construction planning
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
