Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects from planning to execution.

  • Job Description:
  • - Planning & Scheduling: Prepare and track project schedules using MS Project or Primavera, create micro-level weekly and monthly plans, forecast delays and develop mitigation strategies.
  • - Execution Monitoring: Supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinate with site engineers, vendors, contractors.
  • - Quality Management: Implement and monitor quality checklists, ensure adherence to QA/QC standards, report non-compliances and ensure corrective action.
  • - Modern Construction Tools: Experience in using tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, BIM (preferred), knowledge of modern construction materials and techniques.
  • - Team Handling: Lead onsite teams (10–20 people), manage labor teams, supervisors, and subcontractors, conduct daily toolbox meetings.
  • - Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with Architects, Consultants & Clients, weekly progress reports with Gantt Charts, maintain DPR, WPR & MPR.
  • - Cost & Material Control: Track material consumption vs BOQ, raise timely indents, control wastage & unauthorized usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong skills in MS Project / Primavera.
  • Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and site documentation.
  • Familiar with CPM, WBS, Risk Management.
  • Effective communication & leadership.
  • Working knowledge of municipal compliance & real estate project documentation.
