Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to support senior project managers in construction or project management roles.

The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in preparing schedules, bar charts, and project tracking tools.

  • Support project managers by preparing reports, charts, and project documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely progress and resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate design and engineering between different disciplines and perform clash checks for PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and openings.
  • Prepare preliminary schedules, bar charts, catch-up plans, and look-ahead schedules to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Assist in cost estimating, tendering processes, and tender documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Expedite and follow up on submissions, resolving bottlenecks proactively to maintain project momentum.
  • Track and report potential or actual project conflicts to the project manager for prompt resolution.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action points to guarantee project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master's in Construction/Project Management (M. Tech in CPM).
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project or construction management within consultancy or construction organizations.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in industrial construction projects.
  • Basic understanding of cost estimation, tendering, and documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in preparing schedules, bar charts, and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities to remove bottlenecks and expedite progress.
