About the Role

As a Project Director for Infrastructure Development, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion. Your key objective will be to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining strict adherence to budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft comprehensive project plans, incorporating strategic timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates to optimize results.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan resources, manpower, and materials effectively.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring projects are executed within allocated funds while controlling costs.
  • Maintain meticulous progress monitoring, making necessary adjustments to meet project objectives.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with local authorities to resolve permission-related issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Implement robust quality control measures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Promote a high-performing team culture, encouraging open communication and transparency.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive project success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in managing water supply or irrigation projects.
  • BE/B.Tech/ME Civil qualification is mandatory.
