Job Title: Senior Partnership Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our college partnership initiatives across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for forging and nurturing strategic alliances with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
Main Responsibilities- Identify and pursue high-potential partnerships that align with our training and certification programs.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, directors, and heads of departments.
- Design customized partnership models that meet the unique needs of our partner institutions.
- Negotiate agreements and ensure seamless program implementation and coordination.
- Maintain performance metrics and drive revenue growth through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Promote our brand at national and regional education events.
- 5-10 years of experience in college/university partnership development or institutional sales.
- A strong network within the higher education sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
