Business Development Role

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary liaison for client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
    • Cultivate strong relationships through regular communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic Planning & Market Insight
    • Contribute to strategic planning and market analysis to inform client acquisition and retention strategies.
    • Share market insights to align product offerings with evolving trends.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate sales pipelines in CRM systems.
    • Report regularly on partnership progress and sales performance metrics.
  • Industry Presence & Representation
    • Represent the organization at industry events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
