Franchise Development Director
About the Role:
- This is an opportunity to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.
- You will lead the onboarding of new franchise partners, develop tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies, targeting corporates, institutions, and entrepreneurs.
- Achieve sales targets with a CAC of 25% and ensure profitability of the vertical.
- Structure deals, finalize contracts, and collaborate with legal/finance teams.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential sectors/regions and optimize franchise ROI.
- Represent the company at industry events, investor meetings, and franchise expos.
- Work with marketing, operations, and training teams to ensure seamless partner activation.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and iterate.
Requirements:
- MBA from Ivy League/Tier I (IIT/IIM) or equivalent; Bachelors in Business/Marketing.
- Experience: Experience in franchise operations, channel sales, or corporate partnerships with P&L ownership.
- Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical rigor.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution.
- Networking:
- Proven ability to engage with CXOs and investors.
