Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our e-commerce content team. As a Manager of eCom Content, you will oversee the development and execution of various digital campaigns across multiple countries in Emerging Markets.

">

Key responsibilities include creating and managing promotions vouchers to support commercial campaigns B2B partnership, executing hype draws and waiting room mechanics on flagship app and Confirmed app to boost customer signups and increase demand and sell-through rate.

">

You will work closely with our master data team to verify campaign product listing pages and tag PDP callouts on relevant articles, as well as support CRM Operations for certain countries by managing email communications to customers.

">

Furthermore, you will contribute to the implementation of success KPIs to optimize digital activations based on results and insights, provide continuous transparency on activation status to key stakeholders, and seek opportunities for content automation and process optimization.

In addition, you will support global product teams with feedback on CMS feature rollouts and provide inputs on new enhancements and automations, ensuring smooth customer journey on all digital channels for all campaign launches.

Requirements and Qualifications:

">
  • 7+ years of experience working within an eCommerce environment
  • Experience in managing the implementation/running of campaign delivery organizations
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
  • Affinity with Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions, and processes
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
  • High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
