Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

A seasoned marketing professional is sought to develop and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns and account-based marketing strategies to drive lead generation, awareness, and revenue growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, manage, and optimize end-to-end LinkedIn advertising campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Text Ads, Dynamic Ads) to achieve lead generation and awareness objectives.
    • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, and CRM data to build hyper-targeted audience lists.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create high-converting visual assets tailored for a B2B audience.
  • Account-Based Marketing Leadership:
    • Design and implement multi-channel ABM strategies focused on engaging key target accounts.
    • Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to identify and prioritize target account lists.
    • Develop and execute integrated ABM campaigns that combine LinkedIn ads with email sequencing, content personalization, and retargeting.
  • Analysis, Reporting, and Optimization:
    • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance daily using LinkedIn Analytics and our CRM.
    • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
