Job Opportunity: Two Wheeler Loans Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in managing two wheeler loans.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee collections for assigned areas and drive target achievement through effective resolution, flow management, credit cost control, and roll rate optimization.
  • Maintain Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) within budgetary limits while minimizing delinquency.
  • Boost fee income by developing initiatives to control vendor payouts and enhance revenue streams.
  • Conduct asset verifications and possession via SARFESI/Section 9 process.
  • Monitor and manage delinquency at the area level (Bucket & DPD wise), focusing on non-starters.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution, maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient TAT management.
  • Nurture key client relationships and monitor defaulting customers.
  • Represent the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Assign tasks to field executives, ensuring agencies operate as per defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Guarantee Feet on Street availability area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise and obtain daily updates from all collection executives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in collection management, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to analyze complex data and develop targeted strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
