We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will research market opportunities, initiate contact with potential clients, present solutions, and close deals. You will work closely with our internal teams to support lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Research and identify new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, referrals, and databases.
- Generate qualified leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Initiate outbound communications via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, or in-person meetings.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
To succeed as a Business Development Specialist, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
