We are seeking a skilled Client Acquisition Professional to drive business growth and revenue objectives through effective client acquisition strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify, research, and target potential clients across various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop qualified leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Establish initial contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, or in-person meetings.
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Present compelling sales proposals, demonstrations, and pitches to secure deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets while providing insights on market trends and customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
