Business Development Manager

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Promoting Partnerships:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to drive student admissions in partner schools.
  • Identify opportunities for partnership development and implement effective strategies to achieve business growth.
  • School Admission Strategies:
  • Conduct market research to identify local educational trends and develop targeted school admission strategies to attract new students.
  • Work closely with school administrators and marketing teams to ensure smooth and efficient admissions processes.
  • Market Research and Collaboration:
  • Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and improve service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Next Education's services and initiatives to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Manage client relationships with schools, educational bodies, and corporate partners to foster long-term partnerships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Intern Hiring and Management:
  • Hire and manage interns during peak admission periods to support task completion and intern training.
  • Ensuring Admissions:
  • Oversee admissions for partner schools and monitor progress towards targets, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
  • BTL Activities:
  • Coordinate BTL activities (events, activations, and promotions) to increase awareness and drive admissions.
  • Execute on-ground marketing activities and events to engage potential clients.
  • Field Marketing Plans:
  • Develop field marketing plans to promote services and encourage enrollments.
  • Plan and execute local marketing activities, including workshops, seminars, and campus visits.
  • Travel Requirements:
  • Be prepared to travel extensively (20-24 days per month) to visit schools, attend events, and conduct promotional activities.
