  • Candidate Sourcing: Source, screen, and present qualified bench resources to clients, aligning their skill sets with client requirements.
  • Negotiation and Placement: Manage the negotiation process and facilitate successful placements, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics, candidate status, and market trends to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter is required.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
