Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Bench Sales and OPT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bench sales recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to market any visa profile effectively. This role requires a self-driven individual who can work independently and achieve self-set goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and market the bench consultants, including H1B, OPT, GC, and US citizens.
Develop and maintain relationships with prime vendors and clients.
Source, screen, and place candidates through various recruitment channels.
Negotiate contract rates with vendors and clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
Achieve and exceed set goals and targets related to placements and sales.
Maintain and update the database with candidate and client information.
Requirements:
4 to 5 years of experience in bench sales recruiting.
Proven ability to work with prime vendors and market any visa profile.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong goal-oriented mindset and self-motivation.
Ability to work from the office.
