Bench Sales Recruiter Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Bench Sales Recruiter. In this position, you will be responsible for connecting with clients and matching their staffing needs with our available resources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide effective staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

You will build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions. This includes identifying client requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, and ensuring successful placements.

Candidate Matching:

You will source, screen, and present qualified bench resources to clients, aligning their skill sets with client requirements. This involves conducting thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Negotiation and Placement:

You will manage the negotiation process and facilitate successful placements, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction. This requires excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Reporting and Compliance:

You will prepare and deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics, candidate status, and market trends to the management team. Additionally, you will ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and company policies, including documentation and record-keeping.

Requirements:

Experience:

A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter is required. You should have a proven track record of success in IT recruitment and a deep understanding of the industry.

Skills:

You must possess excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with recruitment software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and job boards is also essential.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
