About the Role
Surya Systems, Inc is looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to lead our sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities for bench consultants through various sources such as job portals, groups, and contacts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop corporate account relationships with prime vendors, present consultants, and negotiate contracts.
  2. Market bench consultants to preferred vendors, set up interviews, and close candidates for various positions.
  3. Negotiate rates with vendors and manage long-term relationships.
  4. Share requirements with consultants and assist them in submitting their resumes to recruiters.

Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
