Seeking an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation Associate to drive desirable behaviour and produce performance.

This senior associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams for Goal Setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations.

The associate will also utilize advanced analytical skills in SQL and Excel to analyze sales data evaluate performance metrics and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.

A strong understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check is required to support clients with Sales ops activities.
