Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced process analyst to join our organization. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying business processes that support sales efforts at a national or global level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

  • Designing sales incentive plans to drive revenue growth
  • Developing new or enhanced business processes to support customers and partners
  • Integrating IT solutions across functions, business groups, or geographic requirements
  • Driving process efficiency and effectiveness to achieve metric targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement teams to design, develop, test, support, train, and troubleshoot business processes
  • Interact with senior management, stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure effective collaboration
  • Apply foundational knowledge of business/IT principles to projects of limited scope
  • Provide information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team initiatives
  • Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications within a business environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Software testing and quality assurance
  • Business operations knowledge and experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • English proficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT or business operations
  • Able to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
