Business Analyst - Payroll Transformation

Job Description:

A multinational organization seeks an experienced Business Analyst to lead payroll transformation initiatives on a long-term remote contract basis.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop process and systems solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Analyze business processes and propose enhancements
  • Develop and document process and systems solutions
  • Collaborate with global technology roles to implement changes
  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, applicants should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or payroll analyst
  • 3-4 years of experience in payroll systems (Neyamo, Deel, SD Worxs, Strada, ADP Global View)
  • Proven track record of implementing or converting to new payroll systems
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English communication skills
Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with timekeeping, particularly protime
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps for requirements management and testing using agile methodologies
