Job Opportunity in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in the configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (IC) with high level of competence
  • Develop compensation plans, quotas, credit rules and paysheet processing with precision
  • Analyze business requirements and configure solutions in Fusion IC to meet client needs
  • Provide expert issue resolution, enhancement support and end-user training

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation
  • Ability to hit the ground running and contribute to the team's success immediately
