We are seeking an experienced Oracle technical expert to join our team as a Technical Consultant. As a key member of our EPM team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle Essbase, PCMCS/EPCM, and PBCS solutions.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a willingness to learn new technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and configure Oracle EPCM modules, including configuration, data management, and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Configure EPCM Modules: Design and configure Oracle EPCM modules, including configuration, data management, and reporting.
  • EPCM Module Configuration: Configure and customize EPCM modules, defining cost drivers, allocation rules, and reporting structures.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge of Oracle EPCM, its features, functionalities, and integration capabilities with other Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Data Management: Manage data mappings, validations, and transformations within EPCM and integrate it with other systems.
  • Solution Alignment: Ensure the EPCM solution aligns with business processes and objectives, particularly in areas like cost allocation and profitability analysis.
  • Implementation: Implement Oracle PCM/EPCM from designing allocation rules to fine-tuning for performance.
  • Integration: Work on direct integration to ERP GL and other EPM applications using Data Management.
  • Audit Trail and Balancing Reports: Understand audit trail and balancing reports for allocations.
  • Project Development: Develop projects with Oracle PCM, creating artifacts from metadata creation to setting up rules and designing web forms and data grids.
Qualifications
  • MBA Finance or Bachelor's Degree in computer or IT related subject, finance background also applicable.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years EPM/PCM experience in administration, design, analysis, development, and Support of applications.
  • Experience in PCM with strong Application Development process experience on Hyperion EPM Product Suite.
  • Strong experience in PBCS Business rules - Design, Development and performance tuning.
  • Metadata integration with EDMCS and custom files for EPM modules - PBCS & PCMCS.
  • Designing and coding batch processes using epmautomate tool for EPM modules - PBCS & PCMCS.
  • Requirement Gathering & Solution Design - PCM.
  • Configuration of rules and rulesets in PCM.
  • Administrative activities related to PCM.
  • Data management skills to create data load rules, mappings and loading of data.
  • Desired functional knowledge (Understanding of Chart of Accounts and allocations process).
