Position Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

Experience Level: 10+ years in Oracle HCM, with minimum 5 years specifically in ORC

Work Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Work Mode: 100%Remote

Job Description:

  • Experience: - 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Must have at least 3 ORC Implementation experience with emphasis on Journeys and, ORC Application flows.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies, as well as experience configuring ORC to support these processes.
  • Proven track record in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud and HCM Cloud application solutions.
  • Must be able to lead functional discussions to analyze build requirements and brainstorm solutions.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the cross-functional impact of all HCM Oracle modules, with emphasis on HCM Core and ORC modules.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and customizations, including knowledge of ORC APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools in Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with system integration techniques such as REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including requisition management, candidate tracking, and offer workflows.
  • Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical specifications and implement them in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
  • Certifications: Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification preferred.
