Workday HCM Payroll Specialist

As a Workday HCM Payroll Specialist, you'll be responsible for implementing and managing our payroll processes, ensuring seamless integration with our cloud-based technology. Your technical expertise will enable us to simplify international workforce management and provide people-first solutions to our clients.

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 3+ years of experience in IT Industry, specifically working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday. You should have exposure to domains – HCM, Payroll (mandatory), and possess strong technical skills in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL. Alternatively, you could have functional expertise in setup and configuration of these applications based on client specifications.

Your ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously or experience of working for large enterprise clients will be invaluable in this position. Exposure to North America and EMEA region would also be beneficial. As a key member of our team, you'll be expected to communicate effectively, collaborate with others, and contribute to delivering high-quality results.
