Expert SAP HCM Payroll Solutions Specialist

As an experienced expert in SAP HCM payroll solutions, you will be responsible for providing high-level support and expertise to clients across various industries. You will configure and maintain SAP Payroll (PY), including schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results. Your duties will include managing end-to-end payroll processes, integrating payroll with SAP FI, Time Management, and third-party tools.

  • Configure and maintain SAP Payroll (PY) schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll run, simulation, posting to finance, and year-end activities.
  • Integrate payroll with SAP FI, Time Management, and third-party tools.
  • Perform testing, validation, and payroll reconciliation across systems.
  • Support interface development and mapping for outbound/inbound data with external systems.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Payroll schemas, rules, infotypes, and RT/TCRT tables.
  • Hands-on experience in integration with SAP FI, Time Management, and external payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of PA, OM, and Benefits modules is a plus.
  • Experience with IDoc/ALE, PI/PO, or APIs for integration is desirable.
  • Understanding of country-specific payroll statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
